SUMMARY
Provides ongoing professional development support to instructional staff in the implementation of the academic standards and behavior supports. Monitors the outcomes of professional development training to identify future needs. Interprets a variety of data from assessments and observations in order to identify ways to improve student achievement and behavior. Guides teachers through a process of reflection and continuous improvement.
EDUCATION and CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, an appropriate and current Arizona Teaching Certificate, and a valid Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance card. Preferred Education and/or Certification:
M.A. with emphasis in behavior, psychology, special education or related fields.M. A. with emphasis in educational administration or related fields. Supervisor or Educational Leadership certificate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following as well as other duties that may be assigned.
Leads the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) on the school campus.
Supports teachers in the implementation of academic standards as well as behavior interventions. Provides support in assessing effectiveness of implementation and assist with interpretation of data to make instructional and behavioral decisions.
Observes classroom practices and gives immediate feedback to refine instructional/behavior approaches.
Supports job-embedded, ongoing professional development of teachers, administrators, and other instructional staff.
Connects classroom teachers to needed resources and supplemental materials.
Conducts ongoing assessment of professional development needs based on classroom observations and student achievement results; both academically and behaviorally.
Models desired best practices within teachers' classrooms.
Provides support to parent education and other home/school connection initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret educational periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of parents, teachers, children, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
