Looking for applicants with Ford Brand Experience ranging from body work, interior work, electrical diagnostics, mechanical and driveability experts, and masters willing to train others! Compensation:
$100,000-$140,000 per year Requirements:
Instruct and teach assigned up and coming technicians on how to properly diagnose and repair vehicles.
Prepare trainee's over the course of 1-2 years to become self sustaining flat rate technicians.
Oversee trainee's Ford stars training, ensuring courses are taken properly and on time.
Diagnose and repair vehicles alongside your team and lead by example.
Maintain your own senior master status and stay up to date on all Ford stars required courses.
Ford certified gas engine/drivability technician:
Compensation:
Flat rate up to $42/hr and added bonus program to earn up to $8/hr on top of flat rate pay! Requirements:
Diagnose and repair vehicle's as per Ford's workshop manual.
Perform a multi point inspection on every vehicle every time.
Maintain your Ford STARS training certifications.
Include concern, cause, correction in all repair order stories and any additional warranty related requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work station and report to all production meetings as assigned by shop foreman.
Ford certified Electrical/Trim/Interior technician:
Compensation:
Flat rate up to $42/hr and added bonus program to earn up to $8/hr on top of flat rate pay! Requirements:
Diagnose and repair vehicle's as per Ford's work shop manual.
Perform a multi point inspection on every vehicle every time.
Maintain your Ford STARS training certifications.
Include concern, cause, correction in all repair order stories and any additional warranty related requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work station and report to all production meetings as assigned by shop foreman.
