Wilson Electric has partnered with Central Arizona College to develop the Commercial Electrician Installer Program! Through this program, you will receive commercial electrical training as well as an opportunity to join the Wilson Electric team as an Electrical Apprentice.
An 4-year college/university program is not the right fit for everyone, if you enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together, if you enjoy working with your hands and you're mechanically inclined, YOU WILL ENJOY THIS PROGRAM! CLASS BEGINS MAY 28th! The Professional Electrical Program is an accelerated certification program.
Wilson Electric hires from the program! Wilson Electric employee-owners and Foremen will constantly be in class with you, teaching the basics on becoming an Electrician.
This allows for hands-on experience while you attend class.
During the 8 week training program you will be enrolled as a student at Central Arizona College and during the 8 weeks it is UNPAID training due to individuals being in a student status with Central Arizona College.
After you complete the training you will have an opportunity to join Wilson Electric as a new apprentice and begin your career as an electrician, as long as individuals in program can pass a drug screen, background check and interview.
There is financial aid or grants available for qualified students through Central Arizona College.
Individuals are required to cover the cost of the 8-week training program if financial aide or grant isn't approved.
