We are a local RV manufacturing company and we are looking to hire a few people to add to our production crew.
We are hiring for our exterior crew Our exterior department is responsible for the finish and prep work on the exterior of our custom toy haulers.
Our exterior department puts up aluminum siding, aluminum extrusion, silicone, roof components, roof decking, ramp doors, entry doors and various other items that are used to assemble our custom RV's.
We are looking for people with the following traits 1) Personal accountability 2) Positive attitude 3) Production mindset 4) Team Player 5) Problem solver Requirements:
1) Read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch 2) Use drills, saws and various other power tools 3) Must have at least 1 year of previous construction experience 40 hours per week all year long and monthly performance bonuses.
